The first episode was confusing for me also, but as a hero type shows fan I got intrigued right away. Then the bus scene happened at the beginning of the second episode and it resolved in such a surprising way (naivety rejected) that it has absolutely captivated me. I smelled something fresh with this show right after that scene. So until now I found every episode just as refreshing as I did with that scene.

Yes, I agree, and every scene had it's meaning so far so I bet that from Coffee Bay was a prelude to the ending scene. I just don't find this drama superficial and I think Chae Young Shin is too smart to conclude something like that.
