There is less science infos in the Netflix version and not very much explained. Im not usually that much into scince fiction but really love this one. The story is original and intriguing. I don't know when they will film the second season but at least there's a page on MDL for season 2 so hopefully it will happen soon.

Im at episode 21. I wanted to watch this drama because i heard it was different and because of Wang Duo. He is mesmerizing indeed. Qu chu xiao did well also. With the right styling (with long hair) he looks attractive . I have to say this must be one of the darkest c drama ive watch because every charaters has a sad past and because some reccuring themes (ex tortures). There is something depressing about the story. Anyway, it managed to capture my interest but its definitely slow in the beginning.

I so agree with you. Altough Im not against him acting in propanganda series, but I feel like lately he only chooses the same type of dramas. I wish he can act in a good wuxia, fantasy or modern drama again someday.
At ep 12, the most enjoyable character in this drama is the sister of the Ml, the rest characters are lifeless…
I feel exactly the sane as you. Im at episode 12 also and its so slow. 1 or 2 episode a day its ok. But i started another completely different drama cause I needed something with more actions 😅. I think i still continue watching cause im hopping something will happen that will suddendly change my perception of this drama. At least I like the music and the vibe.

I think its better to watch this version first to have a more accurate version of the story. Im going to watch the Netflix version more for the visual experience.

Yess its his real voice. Its my second drama with him. He got more attentions since Lost you forever. If you like historical/ fantasy drama i recommend to you. And even if you don't like him, there's other ML to like in the drama 🙂. I freally like Zhang Wan yi acting and voice. Its so soothing and kinda sexy. I was looking forward for a romantic drama for him but im not impress with this one. For now, i don't like how they develop the relationship between the ML and FL

Im not convince about their chemistry. I dont know if its because of the script or somthing else. But i think they took too much time to touch and hug. Im at episode 10 and i feel like thinks are moving in circle.
