Is this better/equal level than luoyang?
I feel the two drama are equally complicated but the pace is faster for luoyang. The vibes are very different. I prefer the outdoor settings for SSS and the dialogues are more comical. I cant tell wich one is better for now since im not finished with SSS.

I kind of understand what you mean. The vibe and characters are just strange. I feel like watching an old movie.The background
music is lacking. Sometimes BGM helps to set the mood or emotions for some scenes. Im at episode 11 and i think ithe story is starting to
get more interesting so i willl continue to watch it.

I like intrigues and scheming with wuxia elements so maybe I will find this one more interesting too. Luoyang is good but not easy to understand for the first 7 or 8 episodes.

I started Love and Redemption for cdrama..And loving it a lot..Just finished 33rd episode..
Hihi i undersand. I don't watch a lot of modern drama but this year i really liked The day of becoming you. Its funny and cute. Its on the top 10 of best modern drama of the year. As for historical drama, Unique lady is fun too.
