Such a well-crafted script with amazing acting and directing. Definitelly became one of my favorite sageuk of all time. Just wish both Yisan and Deok Im showed some consideration to Queen Dowager towards the end. She saved their lives three times and dind't ask them much. In my eyes she wasn't a villain, she just wanted some consideration and respect.
I honestly dind't watch a single teaser or read the synopsis for this drama. I only started it because of the leads and dind't like the 1st episode at all. Found it confusing, unlogical and sometimes annoying but still decided to give a chance and watch the 2nd episode and THANKS GOD I did. All the clues was there but I dind't catch it and it's okay because I was so amazed at the end. Everything I was thinking confusing and nonsense made sense. Just brilliant. I just hope the pace for the remaining episodes stay strong like the first two.
Seung Yoo is getting on my nervers. He still acts like a teenager, being reckless and doing whatever he wants and not listening to Ms. Ji asks to stay away. Dude, just give some time and space to let her finish her thing.
I literally teared with episode 2 ending last week and was really emotional over the unexpected turning in plot. And then with episode 3 we discover it was just the writers messing up with the audience using a extremely sensitive topic. I honestly found this disgusting. I'm happy the girl is alive tho.
First time I want so bad a time skip. Ms. Ji and Seung Yoo scenes are becoming cringe and uncomfortable to watch. She never draw a line and now he's a car without a break. I wish the writers never took this way and had left the romance for late cuz now the rumors aren't only rumors.
Is that the third time Nam Ki Ae plays as SHK mother lol And I agree, the first episode could've been way better. Dind't like the pace and yea, SHK acting dind't catch my expectations, in some dialogues she was literally talking like a robot. Second episode must be that good, otherwise it's a drop for me
Prob my fave rom-com of the year. Had all the well-know cliches but the writers managed to do them in a particular way and kudos to them for avoiding all the others cliches we hate - childhood meet, love triangle and the unecessary break up at the very end (they trolled us all). A easily 10/10 for me. I'll miss them.
This woman got hit by a car were the collision completely destroyed the cabin she was standing in front of and the next day she is walking, no injuries, totally fine with only a loss of memory. Sigh. However the first two episodes were pretty entertaining and I'm living for her sassiness when dealing with in-laws.
This boy playing Sky probably should try another job. His acting is awful and almost made me drop the show because I couldn't stand see his face/expressions everytime he was on screen. It's like he dind't even try to do a good performance. Boat and Tenot saved the show and I felt bad for them whom did their best among this mediocre cast, script and direction. Can't wait to see them in another bl.
I gotta say I'm intrigued. Totally outta of what I was expecting but u know?! I don't have any complains about it. Can't wait to see how this will unfold.
