The CGI is clearly high budged but why the editing is so choppy? Mainly on scenes where they summon objects or weapons, it looks like they didn't put any effort. I mean, you can literally notice the cuts. I honestly saw better editing in much lower budget web dramas
oh well that was a waste of time and talent of these young actors. I have never rated anything bellow 7.0 in this website and it's just upseting that the first time I do it's for a project I was once excited about, sadly. not much else to say just like the plot in this series
The greatest villain here is this damn black fog ruining all of Li Lun's scenes in the cave. Yanan's sexiness was too much for the censorship to handle and they had to add this cgi in order to get the broadcast license? I was so waiting for the scene where he frees himself from the chains but in the trailers there was no fog.
Honestly it ruined my immersion in the script 🤣
The director is recycling the same bullsh*t she did with To My Star 2. I hate plots with nonsense time-skips (especially long ones) but what I hate the most is the runaway and silent treatment behavior. I hope there is still salvation for this script
