I clapped 👏 whem CSS spoke up during that table scene.. it’s such a realistic portrayal of real life. I like the script too. What CSS and her brothers said are spot on!

I need to see how it ends before I declare it’s my favorite 🤭. I cannot take sad ending (or some noble idiocy) 🫣. But I have to admit, this drama impressed me a lot.

Talking about what FL usually do… i feel that normally in most typical drama, that Yangyang lady will be the FL, being so weak, innocent and naive. I am so glad CSS’s character here is the FL. What a breath of fresh air (since I really not a fan of drama with FL who a damsel in distress).

I was so scared if to watch the teaser or not.. i am glad i did this time. It heals the pain of ep10 teaser 🥲.

It’s past 1am and I rewatched ep6 for 3 times now 🤣🤣. I plan to do another marathon ep1 to 10 on Sat to gear up for ep 11 & 12.

Ooo ok. At some point i was thinking if he said that because the aunt-in-law was helping that uncle/grandpa via the fabric shop (thus ‘filial’ in a sarcastic way). - even the dialogue made me think, what a great drama 🤣

Wait, so does this mean she is helping the uncle/grandpa? (Because I thought being filial means she helps the family. By giving away the fabric store, doesn’t she actually do harm to the family? So that’s why I confused when LBY said that Cheng family is indeed filial.

Actually I have another question in the earlier episode when CSS sent the ‘package’ to LBY with that piece of fabric…and LBY said ‘People of the Cheng family is filial indeed’. Why did he say so? (I thought CSS was accused of not being filial because she gave that uncle/granpa away)
