It was confusing how the Japanese characters had a lot of scenes where they spoke in Thai. They're not supposed to be good in Thai, right? Otherwise, what are the translators for? I'm also not sure if Mark is Thai or Japanese in the story. Rena's Japanese is not that good but the rest are perfect.
I had a fun time watching this. Maybe because I wasn't really expecting much and the ML is such an eye candy.
probably people were mad about the ending, but I think the ending was good. I'd be kinda annoyed if they just…
I agree. The ending makes sense and the concept was explained well. But I guess the other viewers just wanted her to stay in 2021 and not go back to her own time. They must've expected this to be really fluffy and sweet since it's part of the "sweet on series".
I know a lot of people are disappointed with the ending. After all, the ending was sad if we consider the "parallel universe" concept explained by the professor.
Based on this concept, when Chu Xia returns to her own time (2011) and decides to stay, a new path will be created (parallel universe) since they cannot change what already happened. There will be two worlds: (1) The new world created by Chu Xia when she decides to stay in 2011 (2) The original world where Chu Xia met Xiao Dong via time travel
This means that while Chu Xia managed to meet Xiao Dong again in the new world, Xiao Dong in the original world ended up alone. I feel sad for Xiao Dong in the original world. I do not like this ending.
So I'd like to think that there is no parallel universe. As viewers, we're also free to imagine a different ending. Let's just think that Chu Xia's decision to stay did not create a new path but only changed the course of events. That way, there's no Xiao Dong who got left behind in the original world. Since there's only one world, it's a happy ending.
Just finished episode 37. There are only 4 episodes left so now I'm curious about the novel. Has anyone read the novel? Does the drama closely follow the plot on the novel?
Comparing the book and the drama, I like the plot in the book better. How he helped DX at the back to solve the…
I like that scene too! (^~^) After her mom found out their relationship, she became really supportive of them. Actually, it's the same in the novel but I just didn't like how the mom cancelled the engagement after what happened to ZSY's family

Agree. I like how these things were explained well in the novel too. In the drama, it wasn't clear if the dad's case was resolved and the issue with Red Horse wasn't explained very well.
But I like the drama better because ZSY's father didn't die, DX's mother was strict but still reasonable and I just like how ZSY was portrayed here. I was looking for something light and fluffy so maybe that's why I prefer the drama :)
I just finished reading the novel and I like the drama more. The novel is good because there were parts of the story that was explained better in the novel. But for me, the changes they made in the drama made the story even better.
Anyone knows if the novel is in English and where can I read it?
I'm also reading the novel using Baidu Translate. I think Baidu has the best translation but sometimes, when it doesn't make sense, I also check Google Translate or use the built-in translator in Safari.
Still, i think this is the best of youth drama of 2021. Anyone paid attention to their mix and match outfit's…
Yes. I noticed the matching outfits too. The stylists also paid attention to minor details like DX's favorite alligator. This alligator is everywhere even on her green wallet. And their wedding was galaxy-themed (the neckties and DX's jewelry).
There are a lot of comparison between FIYS and GYH. I love them both but GYH will always have a special place…
I also like both FIYS and GYH. I think people should stop comparing because these 2 dramas, though both are about gaming, have totally different vibe. FIYS is more fluffy and light while GYH has more drama. What I like most about GYH is the leads were not portrayed as perfect characters at all which made them so relatable.
And that championship scene is epic!!! I had to replay that scene 2x more and each time it gave me the chills.
From my understanding of the novel, that YQCB match was meant for TY's character development, making her accept…
Agree. I read the novel too and I like it. But I also like the little changes they made to the drama and this is one of them. Now I'm feeling kinda sad that it's ending. I wish there were more episodes.

It's seems like the song but it's instrumental :(

This is from the novel before Lu Sicheng apologized to the team.
