Why would it be scandalous if shes an adult? Relationships like these are not uncommon in the real world. I think its just kdrama fans being snowflakes and uptight.
There are tons of shows where when the woman is the older, kdrama fans are ok with it despite the boy being so young. Kdrama fans are the worst, most sexist and bigoted among all drama fans from my experience.
PMR was just better. The webtoon was a lot better than this. The FL was exaggerated here to death, being so strong, physical, scheming etc. Lot of it was unrealistic. It was basically done to make people, especially women feel good. I assume lot of women relate to this show, or at least those with nasty exes or whatever. For me, a pathetic drama.
6/10 it was decent but could of being done better, the pacing wasn't good in my opinion, characters were annoying, just could have been done a lot better.

The original movie is far better in terms of cast.
I enjoyed it despite some really silly scenes and situations. The actresses were really good and actors handsome. The message behind it was awesome too. 7/10
1. 13 years difference is not much. Plus PSJ is handsome, so I don't see any relevance in that reason. Plus there are constant noona romances with bigger age gaps, but nobody says anything Koreans are the most sexist and judgemental in this aspect, compared to Japanese and Chinese fans.
