i haven't watched last ep yet but can someone tell me if the drama followed the novel ending or did it deviate significantly. please don't give major spoilers if it did.
Was it rude hell yh but they explained why they did it then.
Yeah I mean here’s the thing I watched the next ep too and css didn’t have the full story of hzj’s family either besides that’s the thing they explained it to her ignorance/innocence and that no one tells her anything except lby so she could get away with talking to her and also that the lady could’ve refused to meet her. I think this was a convenient plot device for her to witness the grief, realise things are bigger than her and harden her to why she actually needs to give up her fiancé
Hehe. Cannot wait until you get to part 2 and if you would still feel the same way. 😬
You know what I know there is going to some shit that the writers will pull because I already have minor spoilers? But I am going to enjoy it while it lasts ㅠㅡㅠ
I think they didn't know she was going there, I remember yao asked Cheng shiashio where they went together and…
i thought it was rude too they should have found another time or even showing this scene as if the couple was helpless but to stop her is not fair she is grieving and it was odd how hzj allowed css to come along but then again i don't think they knew she was coming to the capitol for the execution. they were hesitant to talk to her anyway but i would like to think that they would have left the lady alone had they known it was the execution she had to take care of
Ling buyi is THE ideal guy. Manz is so sweet I love how he always manages to support CSS and falls for her smartness Oof like when he requests for her an imperial edict in ep 19 to get everyone to respect her
The summary made it sound like it was some middle aged dude with a bunch of failed marriages lmao
