I can't find a single reason which can hint that Dr cha might not divorce her cheating husband. I asked here few days ago about why everyone speculating such ending and didn't got any single satisfactory answer lol.
Kdrama writers used to be/are obsessed with writing doormat FL and toxic red flag ML in romcom but atleast,they never made FL end up with her cheater husband in any infidelty dramas haha.
She is already dealing with a lot, Roy Kim should give her some space and need to stop being so nosy about her situation. They aren't even that close friends yet so,his actions today felt a bit to intrusive.
About her marriage,she and her husband were living separately for many years.She doesn't love him and never had illusion of having "perfect loving marriage" unlike other dramas you mentioned. Since she was never emotionally attached to the cheater husband,she can/might move on easily as compared to other divorced FL.

Seems like Seunghee has finally choosen her self respect and going to leave for USA,I hope she won't backoff and waste more of her life on that 🗑️.
