Wow I can't believe I was able to binge such a long drama without getting bored at all. I haven't watched a Chinese…
Ik im surprised at myself for watching this while it aired since I always wait for a show to finish and binge it and honestly I barely used the skip button which I always do cause shows tend to get draggy but this had very little of it. Agree with @xiaorong Flowers in fog they already had great chemistry although they weren’t the main couple they had their sweet moments together.
Even after more than 2 months, we still don't get a Chinese historical drama as good as Ming Lan....We have been…
I mean that’s basically the rage now they just need to throw in a popular celeb and their fans will rush over. Agree it’s really disturbing to see how Asians especially Chinese whitens/filter their skin to the point where it looks creepy. It’s going to be hard for another Minglan to come by.
I love how people complain about no physical contact or how this isn’t plot driven but bruh y’all got to know this is all about the fluff and cuteness, no scheming or anything. If y’all want the schemes go watch some historical/fantasy they have lots of schemes and trust issues. What makes most viewers love this show is mostly because of the chemistry and fluff. Like there’s no stupid mistrust or repetitive shit going on. Our leads in here trust each other 100% which I cannot stress how glad I am since most shows use the trust issue to drag out the plot.
She is so talented actress. Her performance,in Battle of Changsa reminds me about Horikita Maki. she is as cute…
She is and the plus thing was she was so young back then too. I love battle of Changsha so much that I regret putting it off for so long because of how I thought it’s going to be the cliche republican era/war ones.
Ikr it’s so gooood. Like everyone acted so well in here and I love the fact that the cgi here is good like I have a big thing on bad cgi which most fantasy shows just don’t really care much about cgi.
Okay even though I’m a big fan of PSH I didn’t want to watch this a thing first due to bad reviews and let’s be honest the synopsis sounds so cliche like the rich guy poor girl thing. Finally after seeing it a million times on Netflix I gave it a try. Lord was I wrong I was hooked the first moment with all the thrills. It’s kind of cringy at parts but it’s pretty solid so far. Love how people just look at him like he’s a psycho.
What can i say about this drama ? It was absolutely amazing to watch, made me feel so much emotions and the acting…
Everyone perfected their role in here and yes night blew me tf away with his acting especially towards the end. whenever I see the queen on the screen I’m just like ughhh here we go again. Also Jin Mi she’s also so good her emotional scenes got me so emotional too.
Our girl said she’s trying to make herself and people who trust in her aka the fans to be proud so she’s going to find a challenging and good script... that means it’s going to be awhile until we get to see her in a show.
Ya know I enjoyed BOTWG but I get the plot is very flawed and honestly I felt like they should’ve stuck with the historical/fantasy genre like the manhwa. Like they want to save money but it made the show itself less interesting. Sad to see good potential but bad plot.
Me too. I read it and they don't seem to have good scenes until later. I hope they elaborate on their scenes.…
ya know that’s why I haven’t been watching much shows lately bc it’s hard to find a good show with a strong plot and good acting. If there’s interactions but no chemistry it’s also a no no for me.
