I’m not a fan either, but it does have a purpose. 1. It shows the parallels of a beautiful love (clairebell) and a relationship that is just built on f***ing and power. 2. It’s going to be the catalyst that’s becomes the downfall of the warden and many other characters…. Remember when Kae switched the pills in the kitchen? She took Dao’s birth control and switched them for her allergy meds.

Maybe they’ll have a real one then.

Remember though, Bell only has 15 months, Claire is serving life (technically). When she heard Bell say she wanted a different lawyer on the phone, I fell like it set Claire into a “I feel for this girl a lot but I don’t have much time with her left” frenzy… which I think sparked the quickness in the relationship. In the wedding scene, you can see the sadness in both Claire and Bell’s eyes… an almost knowing that their time is growing shorter and shorter. Claire probably sees Bell as what could have been had her situation been different. She just wants to experience this love as much as she can for as little or as long as she has.

That’s true. I’m such a continuity snob though… lol! (I have PTSD from Glee)!! 😂 I just felt that since they met Ayla and Tawan towards the end of their series (and acted like they didn’t know them), would only make sense if the last episode of Only You took place at the beginning of My Safe Zone. Then it would make sense that Lin was meeting Ayla for the real first time at their photo shoot. Or, did Lin already know Ayla?
Haha maybe Jane got distracted driving in the car with Lin during Only You and took a wrong turn onto Tawan’s private access road. Just a thought. ☺️🫣🥰

So I’m guessing My Safe Zone timeline takes place shortly after Ayla and Tawan helped Lin and Jane with directions when they got lost in Only You. I’m wondering if Lin and Jane got lost and ran into Ayla and Tawan camping when Lin and Jane were going to the farm to get eggs. Just a thought.

I have heard that. I hate seeing them sad, so whatever is less heartbreaking is good for me. 🥺 But still, both Prem and Pat need protected at all costs. They are my current favorite.

I saw that. I’ve also seen/heard where she gets in a bad car accident and is fighting for her life. I need to read the book. I’m so confused. lol

Yea. Im hoping that it gets better. I believe this next episode coming up will have a bit of a turning point, but I agree with you… TSOU was leaps and bounds better.

Is it me or does the entire show feel very choppy?? I just finished episode 8 and felt like I had to rewind a bunch of parts thinking I missed something. But no, it was just the way it was cut. Ling and Orm are great actresses, but I’m having a very hard time watching Only You.

I feel like Tawan’s father/brother are the ones that are stalking Ayla. Maybe Tawan gets injured by a bullett that came from her brother/dad while she was protecting Ayla. Or, Ayla’s dad is setting it up to make it look like Tawan’s family.
