I didn’t think this show would be so dark based on the first 10-15 minutes with the intro to the ML and the chaotic scene at the police station (with the best cameos ever). Second episode was definitely tedious but am willing to stick this out for a few more episodes to see where this storyline is headed.
What a perfect, cozy show to binge this weekend. The leads had good chemistry and loved their slow burn, the second leads were realistically heartbreaking, and the relationship between the brothers was perfect. I didn’t want it to end!
I ended up enjoying it, even though the FL’s wishy washiness was tedious at times. The leads had fantastic chemistry and I was immersed in their characters. It was nice to see her love herself first before she could properly heal, and she had someone who loved her despite her attempts to push him away.
What a fantastic final ending to a true healing drama. Everything was perfect and they did not give us a rushed ending. I feel very satisfied, even though I’m an emotions wreck because I kept going from having a smile on my face to bursting into tears.
Thank you, writers, for giving us a true green flag couple whom communicated like actual adults, wonderful kids that were not annoying, and an awesome secondary couple who had an emotional but equally engrossing storyline.
Gah, ultimate melo and angst. I’m on episode three but in the last episode I lost it when she point blank asked him if anyone died and he said no. Couldn’t you have said “almost”? I know it’s to drag this out for a few episodes but come on! Loving this show, though, and can’t wait to binge it all weekend. Looks like there will be a lot of angst and heartache but after watching Motel California I can handle anything!
Script writing and screen writing is SO BAD. I was literally excited to have a funny comedy drama, but this is…
Same. I love silly comedies like Seoul Busters and Gays Electronics but none of this makes sense, and it doesn’t help that most of the characters are unlikable. Plus, the shifting between storylines and scenes is so abrupt and jarring.
This show really gives me the feels. That’s how you do a redemption arc well, making me feel for Pi Han Ul’s bodyguard in just a few scenes. I can’t wait until that asshole falls hard and gets that smirk slapped off his face. Same for his BB gun douchey sidekick.
Holy crap that family is seriously unhinged. Rich people are cray cray.
Poor Gi Ho. So much for being the comedy relief on this show. I don’t blame him for the choice he made after all the hard work he did to get to where he was. I can’t wait until the President gets brought down.
Ultimate damsel in distress with Deok Su fainting when she’s not the one who got slashed by a sword. I was rolling my eyes so hard. Yeah she got clocked in the head but I hate this trope. At least she went back to help and didn’t run away.
The ending was as clean as it could have, I just wish we got more clarity with the time jump since some of it didn’t make sense, but at least the crew are together again.
Just finished the first episode and after all the gorgeous dresses FL tried on that monstrosity is what they picked for the wedding?
Dreading the inevitable but am loving the chemistry between the FL and brothers. FL’s mom is extremely annoying. The other potential love interests for the brothers seem sweet.
I knew the cuteness was too good to be true (and do I sense something between the vet and their friend? They are so cute!). We got wonderful couple scenes and actually talking about being intimate, but then it gets slapped with a big old dose of melo. Yeon Su’s mom continues to be awful, pretty much telling Kang Hee that she’s going to wind up dead like her mother. Who says that?? I hate her so much and hope she spends the rest of her life miserable and alone, though it seems like she will be going after some new guy again.
It seems like Kang Hee didn’t actually get hurt from the accident, and instead passed out after having to face a traumatic past moment. So I guess her mom didn’t die from a miscarriage but from being in a car accident running away? And did Kang Hee have something to do with it since it seemed she was hovering around a car with her stuffed animal. I hope they don’t go there because that is major past trauma.
Do those dumb adult bullies actually have jobs or just sit around in restaurants gossiping like a bunch of teens? Get freaking lives.
What a perfect healing drama. When they went into the office holding hands and the OST started to play, I couldn’t help bursting into tears while smiling. The drama was minimal and dealt with in such an adult manner. So refreshing and wonderful to see in a k drama!
Byeol and Ji Yun bonding over princess dresses so cute!
The secondary couple is keeping me equally interested- their scenes are so caring and honest. So Hyeon talking to Seo Jun was also a nice, heartfelt conversation.
Can’t wait until tomorrow. Hopefully they finally get rid of that Career Way bitch once and for all.

This episode made me anxious. Hoping tomorrow leads to a happy ending for the bottom tier!
