Though the scenes with DR’s brothers and grandmother going off on the awful mom was worth watching. Do Joon becoming livid and even the older brother getting upset (but still refusing to leave his stupid mom) was glorious, and grandma pulling her hair out was even better. She said what all of us have been thinking this whole time.

It finally gets good and we have to wait a few weeks. The showrunners know what they are doing shoehorning that final scene prior to the Olympics hiatus. I’m sure will get more JD histrionics and trying to forcefully be adopted before everyone finds out about his birth father.

The writers remembered the aunt and brother were dating, finally. But it’s just to cue up another misunderstanding. I’m guessing Do sik tells MD about Do ra and that’s how her family will find out, and then grandma will blabber it to everyone.

It was nice that Jin Taek stopped acting out of character and became more rational towards PS.

You’re right- it would make ratings sense to drop a massive cliffhanger and make everyone wait for weeks, hence no previews.

How in the world does that psychopath think he’s going to hide his upcoming wedding from JY? Or is he going to force her to be his mistress? And now he thinks he owns APP or whatever it’s called. I can’t wait until he is left alone and penniless- he’s such a pile of trash.

Can’t believe that there were parents on this show that finally thought of their children over their own needs. It was nice to see PS’s parents have his back because Jin Taek is being a tantruming toddler.

Same, but at this rate she won’t get her memories back until the end and won’t have enough time to get revenge on her mom. She will probably get her memories back when she’s walking down the aisle after being forced to marry JD.

Loving the cast and premise so will definitely check this out. It can’t be as bad as the current dreck we are watching.

Our last hope for a non trashy parent has gone down the drain. PS has done nothing wrong. This show keeps getting worse and worse.

The actress that plays Ma Ri is very endearing in Cheer Up.

Scenes like the one with PS and bio mom is why I’m stubbornly sticking with this show. Same with Ma ri breaking down in front of PS’s house. Great acting and compelling TV. The rest (PS and DR’s family along with creepy stalker) can be FF material.

I don’t think there is a single parent on this show that thinks of their children’s feelings over their own. What a bunch of awful narcissists.

Can people post on here when it’s safe to watch again? I want the leads to be leading the drama again without their toxic families being front and center, and ML’s mom to stop being assaulted. Thanks!

I’m not Korean so no idea, but I thought in this day and assault is not funny. The writer needs a reality check.

What is up with the repeated multiple assaults on this show? They aren’t fun to watch. Waiting for the police to be called for once.

Saturday’s episode sounds awful. Should I just skip it and watch today’s episode to see the fallout of the truth being revealed?

I thought there was a point to the amnesia because it would have character growth and DR being away from her mooching mom, but nothing seems to have changed.
