Did anyone notice how Yang Mi looked so gorgeous in white??? 😍😍😍 Even in the ending scene with FJM..Such an emotional scene..And I was crying..But back of my mind..I was thinking..Yang Mi is looking so gorgeous even here..With tears..blood stained dress!!!

I would suggest those who finished watching this drama to read the novel now..It was outstanding!!! Except DX forcing part of course!!!

I don't think he ever going to escape the baixi..Only way to end is not having a child..Which was the case in the drama..Even if did break other circumstances will force him not too..Ugh..Too cruel..

I thought so too..She was pregnant..But we got 🤡!!! May be she meant that Fa gShi slept together..😂😂😂

My take of the ending:

I interpret it as an open ending..They could have easily given us a HE..There was no need to kill Emperor and Tilan..If they wanted to show HS as regent then definitely they could have followed the novel ending..The way FJM-DX and JC died..That would have been more impactful and in fact its tragically beautiful with smart writing..

Making FJM baixi again to the new Emperor is pure tragic..My heart actually aches for FJM..😭😭😭 Its just too cruel..It looked like he can never escape the baixi no matter what..They left it to fate..In the end even if he chose to break he can’t..🤷🏻‍♀️

Seems the only way to end baixi is like in novel becoming an Eunuch..Now I have new respect for the author..She killed the main villain in this story which is baixi..

Now Haishi has to for life long live as Madam Pearl or Empress Consort Dowager..Whatever the title is..FangShi can never publicly acknowledge their love and live as a married couple..😭😭😭 Also can’t have children..I know all would have a question what if their child became a baixi too..So its better not..If that’s the case they should have made the baby a girl or just killed it..As there were some rumours before too that FangShi child could become an Emperor..If that had happened baixi bond would have ended..

In the end FangShi sacrifice their love and life for Dazheng and XuLan..

So I would have preferred FJM dying and ending the baixi once and for all..Then it would have been more impactful..The last scene of FangShi would have been one of the best iconic scene in cdrama..Since he turned out alive..That’s not the case!!!

Coming to the sweet candy moment of FangShi..It was short and sweet..FJM staring at his wife..He looked like his old self..Especially in zither playing scene they both looked so gorgeous!!! 😍😍😍 I wanted more such scene..😩Them going to shopping..FJM bragging about how rich he is..Where are those scenes???

So Emperor was not tough with Haishi as personality resembled a lot like Zizian..No wonder in book too he liked her..lol

I frankly expected more..Especially the love making scene..Its clear that the consummated in the blurred kiss scene itself..This one looked normal..Not like 1st time..( I can’t believe I am saying this..Like 1st time and all..lol) But yes..That’s how I interpreted that scene..

It was nice of HS to make ZCQ to keep them posted about what’s going on in palace..I loved how FJM asked her he is now completely honest with her..What about her.. Lolzz In no way they can be free of that..Whatever they might say..As they care for Emperor and Tilan a lot..

Emperor is very progressive..First gave a post to HS in his court and now want to make a girl as a ruler to his kingdom!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Suolan is the mastermind..As expected after JC being the fake one..Tang in his love for Tilan believed him..He used everyones weakness..From Tilan to all..Every move is well played..

FangShi star talk were adorable..And they look so stunning in white!!! 😍😍😍We finally saw the back hug scene from trailer!!!

As usually HS is smart and understood Tang..And FJM went to palace..

The battle scenes were amazing!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

So Suolan wanted to kill Emperor and make Tilan Empress Dowager..He seems to care for her..But given his greediness I won’t be surprised if he wanted to make Tilan a puppet.. Bizi too is involved..Wow!!! Can’t trust anyone..Shi turned out Suolan spy..

And I was waiting and waiting for FangShi to appear..But they didn’t in episode 47 later on..😫

Emperor finally got to know Suolan is the mastermind..Eunuch Mu standing by him was so touching..Him being loyal to the very end!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Tilan made Bizi to understand how wring she is..And thankfully she understood her..XuLan reunion was sweet..

Absolutely loved how FJM at the right moment came and saved XuLan..The way he used the swords and finally killed that Shi was amazing!!!

Oh..No..Suolan and his supports surrounded Emperor..I really thought they escaped..Emperor was right on Tilan’s brother..He can’t be trusted..The way Tilan died saving Emperor..And him dying was tragic..Poor Emperor lost both Zizian and Tilan..No wonder he chose death when FJM said he will save him..

I loved FJM - DX last scene so much..Their bonding is just amazing!!! 😭😭😭

Btw loved how FJM killed Sualon..He always kills his enemies in one simole slash..Wish he came a bit earlier to save them..But of course writers wanted XuLan death so they didn’t write it that way..🙄

Haishi came only in the last half an hour..I kept thinking when she will arrive..🤷🏻‍♀️ And she came, fought and won..She made it look so simple..I love how she always goes for the leader..Even in that battle she killed the tribe leader..Here she captured Tang..Knowing Tilan died..He took his life..

The baby is having some problem and I just knew FJM going to become the kid’s baixi!!! 😭😭😭 He just can’t escape his fate..Isn’t??? Life is so cruel to him..Next life he shouldn’t be born as Fang..

HS rushing to her shifu knowing he gonna become baixi was heartbreaking!!! 😭😭😭 My FangShi deserve happiness!!! 😭😭😭
Now coming to the most touching and heart wrenching scene!!!

The way HS came and sat besides FJM..They both are so helpless!!! 😭😭😭

FJM is right..They just can’t leave the kid alone..They both are bound by the circumstances..

How I wish FangShi met earlier too like FJM said..The what if scenario was so beautiful..😭😭😭 I loved how he included ZY!!! 😭😭😭 They both want to grow old with their children but that’s not their fate..Like Yang Mi said..“Love but not own”..Its even more heartbreaking than the unrequited love..😭😭

When HS asked FJM is he going to die..I just lost it..Couldn’t control my tears!!! Before this dialogue I had tears but now I was bawling my eyes out!!! 😭😭😭 Him replying may be ir may be not wake up..😭😭😭 And that he is tired and want to take nap..Lying down on her lap..😭😭😭

When FJM said don’t forget to wake me up.. Was the most heartbreaking line..😭😭😭 As he does want to live now for his HS!!! But he doesn’t know if he can!!! And when his hand fell down!!! 😭😭😭

The whole scene was beautifully written, directed and the cinematography was brilliant..

HS becoming regent..Taking care or XuLan son..

Great ZY united both left and right tribe and united Huku..And the happiest moment is ZY-ZL getting reunited..Even tho they appeared only for few minutes in the finale they got the best HE!!! 😍😍😍

So Shifu is alive..Now he became grand shifu for XuLan kid alone with being his baixi..Sigh!!! Yes!!! I am happy he is alive!!! But with baixi..Nope!!!

Him catching the feather which was blown by XuLan kid being parallel to HS blowing feather in the archery scene..Show the cycle just continues..Him wearing the mask again..Its back to square one..Only consolation is now he is in love and want to live rather for HS and kid!!!

If it was a modern cdrama..FangShi would have married and adopted XuLan kid..May be they should continue this drama in modern world!!!

My heart aches for shifu!!! 😭😭😭 Its just too cruel..

I am not gonna rewatch it..🤣🤣🤣 But will definitely rewatch some FangShi scenes..

Possibly..I waa thinking may be he is Emperor..but still General could have shined..And he simply could have stepped back..

I am disappointed with this ending..It was expected..Tho yes I am happy shifu is alive..But FangShi life is just tragic..

Given he is the baixi for the prince..Don't think he will be happy..My Goodness..Its history repeating all over again..I for a moment thought FangShi will have a child and that kid had to become baixi for the prince..

I didn't cry for XuLan..Tho did for DX-FJM scene..Also the lap scene of FangShi was so heartbreaking..😭😭😭
