I think it's seen so differently because of how the scene itself was portrayed. Porsche hurt Vegas when he tried to rape him, but reacted completely differently with Kinn. Basically, no one should have sex like that, but I think many understand rape as someone fighting back or saying no, which (spoiler!) Porsche did in the novel. But in the series it was very romanticized. I think when we see the next episode, it will become clear to all of us how Porsche feels about this night. I personally accept all opinions and understand both views.
By the way, I'm a bit surprised that we get the conversation between Kinn and his father already next episode. I thought the conversation came after Kinn and Porsche were both in the woods (after Kinn is shot) and they had sex more often after that, so his father is worried that Kinn is miserable again. Porsche took the initiative and even remembered the kiss between Kinn and him, which someone who is no longer sane would never do. Neither did he say he didn't want sex, nor did he say he should stop. Yes, he got something that hid his sex drive, and yes it dulled his senses a bit, but I repeat that he started it and not Kinn. When someone is drunk and the person is in the condition to say yes or no you don't talk about rape either, and Porsche obviously could. It is not the optimal situation to have sex, but I find the term rape here not right. Morally, it may have been wrong on Kinn's part, but this is a MAFIA Drama and not a floral drama for 13+.
THE EPISODE WAS AMAZING OH MY GOD!!!! I loved everything. Vegas was amazing and so hot. I loved how Kinn showed his jealousy and I think it was great to add this "I don't kiss" behavior because that's makes their first kiss and their sex scene more intense.
