My theory is see, I believe there might be a real reason behind his decision to not date her, he’s clearly in love with her. But he definitely remembers his past lives too, and was probably seo ha’s relative or confidant considering how he stuck with him. He was definitely from the 1st life, and he knows getting entangled with Cho won will be a terrible idea when the revenge happens. They all seem to remember except seo ha. I believe seo ha loved her but he probably killed someone dear to her and that’s probably why she stabbed him, and the fact that he appeared surprised by the stab meant there’s a possibility he did not expect it. The guy with the bells loved her and probably still does. Seo ha’s mom already remembered her past lives in the 18th life and knew about Jo won too, that’s probably why she let her close to him.
