this a REAL SPOILER but you asked yourelf....i read this part in novel, but its not fully translated yet-
he will stop contacting her but one day she will get injured(on chin basically) and since his name starts from A ....so his name is at the top in her phone no. list....a person will call him, he will come and take her to hospital.....then take care of her at her home and one day can't help but confess "Zeng li is your heart still there, if it is still there i will take it away" (this was also in trailer)" .
