Yeah, that's right. I guess I'll probably end up rooting for the antagonists this time around instead of the main character. After 4 episodes, I hardly see any redemption for her.
This drama is so good but if it was the writers' choice to make me hate the protagonist early on then they succeeded. The actress is so good at playing a psycho I do not pity her character one bit. I think I'm going to root for the antagonists going forward. I hope they also succeed with their revenge plot.

I'm guessing the cliffhanger will be when Han Li teleports to the Outer Seas. It's good he did that, since after he loses his powers and go back to Qi Refining stage, it would have been impossible for him to defeat Wang Chan.

The Donghua is currently at Episode 153 where Han Li has returned back to his own continent. He should definitely meet Nangong Wan again soon. I don't think any immortal who's still alive on this continent appearance will change although it's been over a 100 years now since Han Li left.

Apart from Han Li and Zhang Tie, all other characters will be totally different making the cast schedule less of an issue. I do hope Yang Yang will be available to film a second season soon without any major delay.
How is this rated 7.9 here? This drama is incredible and deserves a much higher rating. A lot a thrown at viewers in the first episode but the drama does well at getting everyone up to speed even though the story is fast paced. I was at the edge of my seat through all 12 episodes as the story never slows down or loses focus. Accompanied by great acting, this is definitely one of this year's best and I highly recommend. 10/10
