What happen to the ending? Why so many people hate it?
He got leukemia and his mother lied that he died because of it. But after 5 years he came back alive and said that he lied because he didn't want FL to suffer bcz of his disease
The acting overall was good although some scenes i cringed terribly at, but i think the ending was to abrupt and cliche and i personally dont think we managed to get much of a perspective in ji-hoo's growth through his acceptance/realisation in his feelings for ji-woo.
I understand that many are actually bashing this kdrama because the ending was unexpected and there was a very ridiculous plot twist. however, i would still rate it 9 stars because i feel that the couple in this drama really had strong chemistry. i would say that they are the cutest pair . i like how the story developed and all the character development throughout the way. the strong rigid and resilient character of the main lead ( girl ) really portrayed how one who came from a rich family, lost everything and yet still able to live a happy and bubbly life ( even though most part of it are helped by the guy ) but yeah! i love how this drama. Trust me it will be a good one despite the ending being a ridiculous
The prophecy made no sense. The King's son will become King in the future. Duh? Isn't the throne usually passed on to the King's descendants (his son) after the King dies? What was the point of trying to kill his own son? Did the King think he was immortal?
The story dragged on with the wicked character and they dies too easily although he did so much wrong. Also the ending wasn't all that . It left us hanging. One thing I enjoyed very much was Choi Jin hyuk, that man is just gorgeous
Tough for me to finish. The same plot through the entire drama. I didn’t find the show funny at all. I liked some of the romance aspect and how the male lead started to have positive influences on the female lead but that was all. If this was happening in the real world, it would be considered stalking, he pretty much followed her around everywhere she went and continued to express his love for her even though she didn’t feel the same way - talk about creepy. That was a little difficult to get past because it seemed like she wasn’t into him at all and I felt they pushed that part a little too much.
I was really hyped for this drama at first bcz it looked good from the start but later it went downhill. Also, I was hoping to see Krystal on screen more but she felt more like a supporting cast rather than a main cast as for the male lead I'm still not sure how I feel about him. He's very handsome but that was about it for me, I'm thinking maybe it was the way how the writers' wrote his character that keeps throwing me off.As for the professor I had a love-hate relationship with him, at times I thought well his character is ok and a next time his character irritated me. As for the guy who played the character of Park Min Gyu his role is totally unnecessary
There’s only one word to describe this show and that is fun. This show is so so...so so FUN. Every minute, every second, of each episode I was so thoroughly entertained. I’m not sure what type of crack they put into this show, but I am very much addicted. On just episode 5, I already didn’t want the show to end. It was awesome!! I was worried about how a show like this was going to end, but I was really pleased with the ending! Lol, It may have been childish of me, but whenever the Queen and King had an intimate moment and “Mr. Queen” couldn’t stop himself and just went with it made me giggle... I’ve never been so glad to wait for a show to finish, so I could binge watch it, because this show is definitely binge-watch worthy and it would be a shame to miss out on it.
The actors where great but TBH in the middle it was kinda boring Takes a lot of time for rising action I mean prince amnesia last really long ( almost like 9 episode , nearly gave up but i wanted to see the bad guy get punished 😅) I really wished hongshims's brother and princess had some more storyline. The prince body guard a.k.a late friend appears for only 2 episode that also for short duration .. Some of the charcters deserved more story line... Even I predicted some events in final episodes but it was kinda messy and illogical at the end.
Love the drama. All the characters are performed very beautifully by the cast. Both main characters share such a great chemistry and It's very unique. Love both of them. And It's so hard to wait for the next episode cause every episode just make us want more.
Loved this version as compared to Chinese one..the visuals and chemistry between main couple just perfect,it would be great if there is little bit more romance.. And last thing that morning mall dance was very funny
I do like all the surrounding characters as they always stole the show with their chemistry on screen. BUT the one character that I feel was written and executed poorly was our main heroine Sam Jang (Jin Seon Mi). Her character fell completely and utterly flat for me after episode 2. I had somewhat of a high expectation that she was going to be an interesting character considering that she could see demons, ghosts, spirits and whatnot and also exorcise them. I don't know how someone who's been "exorcising" demons for 25 years still be so pitifully weak, pull cheap tricks, and still be so stupidly naive about their choices and consequences. Her character does not make sense because one moment she has sharp intellect and the next she's making deals with evil demons because she has a "oh poor me, why me" mentality. To simply put it, the main heroine comes off whiny, has a HUGE victim mentality, and her character arc is just not that interesting in general. But as for all the other casts of the show, I found them more enjoyable and their background stories to being more consistent with their character growth.
It started as a really interesting thriller than got lost as a romantic comedy. The two never sat well together. I found the two main characters tried to be too clever - a lot if their dialogue was just confused or dull. They acted like teenagers in first love, the way he virtually skipped around was too boyish for a mature man. Was this supposed to display their innocent true love? . . Ian Chases story became a little confused and the relationship with his brother didn't make sense- just why was he so cruel to him? By the last few episodes I was just bored watching it!
a funny and entertaining light hearted drama... No sobbing and stressful stories...especially I like 6th, 7th and 8th episode as I watched till now.. And lead actors as well as supporting actors too... Initial episodes were boring and confusing too .. But as I keep watching it become interesting.. Looking forward to next episodes...
a lovely storyline! I adored all the main characters, so well cast. Great balance of personalities, with each character fitting well with their 'spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend' and with each other - in their individual friendships and as a group. At first I thought Se-hee had aspergers syndrome, as his emotionless portrayal seemed cold and unfeeling. But I got to say - his very first smile blew me away! And I realised there was feeling in his cold soul, and made me want to see how he would thaw out. Great onscreen kisser too! Ji-ho I loved her gentleness and honesty, great storyteller/narrator. She exuded strength in a quiet way. Well portrayed.
Underrated shows and those that aren't talked about much are actually quite interesting and worth watching if you are lucky enough to stumble upon them.. the main leads did a very good job. most especially the female lead, she was so lovable, funny, strong willed & very beautiful, Supporting cast was also superb..Yu mi & Jung hoo were very funny i was hoping they'd be a couple in the end,,,, But all in all it was a great watch.
