Also the teamwork and communication between Yan and Zhang! They are sharing intel freely.

I was suspicious of Kang Ming, too. What happened to the Blood Pearl? No one has mentioned it for ten plus episodes.

Direcor gave Xu the option; coughhing blood or biting a fingernail. Was the letter addressed to Prince? Did he really expect the guard to find a messenger to ride to Chang'an?

Xu kept referring to Master. Who is Master? Prince Ying?

I think the writers didn't delve into the motivations of the characters as they constructed the story and the scripts. ML is moving along with the flow. Yan's doppelganger in Legend of Anle was also superficial. He was a strategic planner, but we never saw him planning anything. Things just happened. I am glad Kang Ju has been beside Yan all along, to support him in his trials and tribulations. A true brotherhood!

When I see her in red and green, I think she is dressed for Christmas. She changed into a red and blue dress, that looked pretty.

Xu used a lot of blood to write his long blood letter. Did he use his finger nail? He wrote neatly, too.

Do you remember Lost in the Kunlun Mountains with Xu Kai? I think that the plot was that the grandmaster faked his death, and came back to life. No one in the drama had suspected him as the villain. At least, I think Kunlun was that drama. It's all smoke and mirrors. 😆😆😆

Also Journey to Love! That drama started 📈 and ended 📉.

I thought I had walked away and missed a scene. I guess the editor, writer, director didn't think much of the scene, to give it a followup.

I didn't like her in the beginning until she saved the slaves in the Wuling mine. That humanitarism didn't last very long. 🥴🥴🥴 After she hooked up with Zheng Wu, she went back to her old obnoxious self. I had presumed (... Stupid me!) that she was going to ally with Su Muzhe in Yangzhou, but they went off on their individual tangents. If the writer gives her redempion at the end, I will shake my head.
