Since only 12 eps the first ep felt pretty fast paced. Both ML and FL already went through their worst the setup…
Maybe it's becasue they are limited on time so they kind of just bundled up everything together inorder to more time for other subplots. This show actually has a plot enough for 16 ep but they made it 12 ep 70 min each so I guess we'll have to expect some fast pacing for the next few weeks.
Actually, what they tried to say was. When the FL was a kid, ML was already working as a cop. so there is a huge…
She could have pulled it off but her style of acting isn't catored for a young character. I think characters around her age suit her better. It compliments her acting where as the younger character makes her appear stiff when she actually quite mobile.
TBH I don't blame Junho for hesitating to tell Young Woo that he likes her. There are many things he has to consider.…
I really liked how they added that element to the story. I didn't really expect the writer to include any romance but it adds a unique touch to the story, including the different aspects of a person life as life even for the disabled can be three-dimensional and quite volatile. I do hope we do get to see the development of their relationship more in depth.
Ep 10 was pretty heartbreaking to watch but also very beautiful and touching. I loved all the moments between…
I find their relationship really raw and wholesome. Love in its purest form. Unfortunately, people still believe that most people only fall in love with disabled people to take advantage of them which is understandable for the majority but heartbreaking for the minority.
Everyone is behind Min Woo...but I think I kind of understand him..I am not saying I justify his actions but I…
Yes, it's understandable to feel jealous and be competitive but not to the point that he goes to an internet café and sends an anonymous comment about on a public platform. He should have been more up front with it and expressed his distaste to HR and Young-Woo in person . He could get fired and sued.
It is so disgusting to see how people put so much effort into tarnishing someone else's life due to their own incompetencies and sense of inferiority.
Yes, I understand that Young-Woo got the job through connects but if you look at it, she was scouted by the CEO of Hanbada. So it technically wasn't unethical employment practices. Any person with a brain would understand that having a disability puts a person at a disadvantage in many instances. Some doctors aren't even able to get their PhD due to them being on anti-depressants (it's not a typical case but it happens).
If Min-Woo was so offended by Young-Woo's employment he should have brought it up with HR in the first place just like Soo-Yeon said. The thing is "you can't have your cake and eat it too" He already has the job but still wants to throw a tantrum. Despite Young-Woo being employed through 'connections', she has proved she is a competent attorney. Instead of trying to tarnish her career, Min-Woo should be focusing on himself and how to surpass Young-Woo but he just can't get over the fact that she has autism and is just brilliant.
Young-Woo didn't know herself and even she felt offended because I'm sure she felt betrayed by the one person she thought was on her side who thought that she couldn't make it in this world because of her disability.
Okay, I know for some this going to be the biggest eye roll but I just made the most significant discovery (well in my books, haha).
KWAK SHI YANG, I've been watching this drama since day one and I couldn't help but feel like I've seen his face somewhere but the feeling wasn't too prominent as it was the eye and lips that looked familiar (haha, I know I know, stay with me here) as he tends to act with them act a lot. His character depends on a lot of facial expressions. So despite the familiarity, it just never came to me until today.
So if you are quite familiar with historical dramas sometimes you don't even recognise familiar actors because of their character visuals in terms of dialogue, attire, etc. So I took a looked at his profile to see what other dramas he had done because he really has great visuals and discovered that he had done 'Lovers of the Red Sky'. He played as one of the mains. Even then my brain did not budge. I had to look at THE PHOTOS to recognise this man. The shock, the realisation, and the goosebumps I felt were unworldly. Kwak Shi Yang had played Grand Prince Ju Hyang. How could I have not recognised him but you could see the difference between that character and his current character.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIM in 'Lovers of the Red Sky' he did such an exceptional job at portraying his character. I watched this man in awe every episode. Despite the character being a villain the visual this man gave, WOW! Mastery at its prime. He needs more main roles, doesn't matter the genre or character, he'll work ANYTHING!

Anyway, thanks for reading my TED talk, haha.
