I just finished this drama and wanted to find some similar stuff to fill the void…tbh male lead is not my type in terms of his appearance.. i was more into cute innocent face guy. Now after seeing his acting(hopefully not the character:”)), my type is now moved on to a manly guy i suppose.

Anyway, i want Anti hero male lead who is originally evil and wicked even to the female lead. Doesnt matter if it does that have a happy ending. But he has to be the male lead (not 2nd lead). If possible with a headstrong female lead. Please don’t recommend the stuff they have already put in. I have all checked out 😁

Sorry to write this comment. But i don’t want her to do any more rebirth/ re incarnation troupes. She is too stuck in one place for a longggg timee. I feel like whatever dramas of hers i pick up, she was doing innocent fm character trying to change future/ or past. At this rate, it would be very difficult for her to become a versatile actress.. please choose more different projects wisely

I read somewhere that in the novel Yuan Qi created something like an illusion in which no one in the immortal realm never knows he died once and stayed with Feng Yin so that his beloved ones never be sad and his enemies never dared to make a move. But this scene never appears in the screen. Did I read it wrong or they just removed that part? 😭

Chinese 40 episode policy is utterly nonsensical… Making this lengthy novel into a 40 epi drama is not fair to both tge author and the audience.

You know these xianxia tropes, even if main leads dont care each others’ status, there are other immortals judging and telling what to behave and not to behave. So FY acting out of line could have become something to be picked on by immortals if it was ALP. (YK in ALP, Wu huan’s daughter is struck by thunder, because Shang Gu in form of an ordinary god( a child form at that), paid salute to her, who is an immortal )

Please i have some confusions. Now matter how high Feng Yin’s status, she will be just another immortal/ Heavenly empress, wont she? (which is quite similar to Wu Huan’s status, a little bit superior because she is Feng.) in this thought, FY’s status is no where near to Yuan Qi, a true god of all gods, not even an ordinary god,
so based on god and immortal, YQ should have more powers than her. But on trailers, i saw FQ acting all high and mighty in front of a true god (please let put aside their love for a moment). Can anyone explain Feng Yin’ status? i meant Feng Ran from ALP is another immortal beast for Shang Gu
