Of course, I didn't mean "real" like a documentary, but as real as a fictional series can be and the issues raised (actors have to diet, are not allowed to have private contacts, etc.)
I have heard that the series is related to the director's previous projects, but I don't know the details.

Actually I didn't thought , I liked it that much....this brings a total different Vibe to the BL-Genre in Thailand.
If its's real or not, i'll guess we will never know , except we are working in this industry.
But I like the Actors, i love the rough charme and the darker atmosphere. For me one of best BLs this year so far.

oh actually i like it a littlebit darker as long as the story is plausible and still atmospheric.

Oh I think you're right that this Season will end with a Break-Up.
But I think that GSD will break up with ZSY, anything would be too predictable. I think this Episode is the calm before the storm and a little happines to pleasure the fans....the next Episodes will be suffer and tears, before S3 will get a Happy End

As I've heard today, Pao and Ian answered in one of their livestreams that they'd finish their roles as Karl and Vlad before pursuing another role/projects. So a second season will coming for sure

In the Moment i'm watching Love by chance it is actually very gay, but not always in a good way....don't know what to watch next, maybe the History Part, I've missed (I think it's right or wrong)

I finished Red Balloons right, actually it's kind of good.
So my opinion is solidifying about Taiwanese BLs, they're pretty good, but didn't have the outstanding Masterpieces like GSP or ITSAY .
Since we here in germany are still in a shutdown, i didn't have the Problem that i have too much to watch, actually i'm still searching for good BLs :)

So my suggestion still would be "he's coming to me" cause it has same Level as the BLs mentiode above.

BTW: I started with "Red Balloon" have watched the first 2 Episodes, reminds me of "Your name engraved herein"

In Dark Blue...all Main Characters identify themself as gay and didn't care about the typicall "I'm not gay, i only love you"-Theme.
For me it's not a BL more a Gay-Themed Drama. There are at least two coming outs, one runs good, the second one not that much. I still didn't like it, because of the unsympathic characters...

In Craving You one of the main plots is (as far as i remember) that a former Couple splits up beause one of them didn't want to come out to his family. But after several years, they meet again and one of them wants to marry another man. Unfortunately the main couple didn't have any chemistry, so it'sonly mediocre for me.

I think that 2021 will be the year of the taiwanese BLs. They already have Your Name engraves herein and also we best Love No.1 (best BL in 2021 for me so far). So you can be proud of your Country :) Sorry for my bad english...i'm not a native speaker

yeah Quaranthings is definitely more low budget than the rest, but still better than most of the other Pinoy-BLs, in my opinion.
I would also say that "craving you" and "dark blue and moonlight" has LGBT-relevance, but they are not that kind of good....
