I found the show really exciting after the immortal arc begins, I think I preferred the personality of Luoge, he is mysterious, has authority and not an open book. I only began enjoying the show and felt the pain and love of the couple when ML became Luoge.

He’s is so gorgeous looking, muscular too. Definitely first lead material, I think he can get as famous as Dylan Wang.

Miss the SML and now rewatching his scenes. The role is perfect for him, he has a really unique, attractive and macho look, a well defined body and not too bad acting skills. I mean I love all the leads here but great to discover new faces!

I couldn’t connect with love and redemption and immortal samsara but ashes of love was my all time fave.

Just can’t help but wonder if they left it to Open ending because they wanted a part 2 to the show?

It’s a no brainier, he likes and love MFL, I am at episode 32, he is just caring for CN as a very close friend since CN has always been around with him. I don’t see he has romantic feelings for CN.

I just finish the drama. Love it and agreed that Dylan Wang’s acting has improved massively.
The story line and all the leads were beautiful and fitted their roles.
But I also thought that if these roles were given to Yang Zi and Deng Lun, they would definitely killed the roles as well. Deng Lun has been a demon before in Ashes of love and the story line is pretty similar I guess. Xian xia but with a heartbreaking love story.

Not very much, but perhapes Princess Silver might interest you as well.

For those who finishes LLTG, I would like to recommend you The Wolf. The romance is so good in this one. And it’s ancient setting and the attitude /characterof the ML is quite similar to LBY, both were adopted sons of the emperor. I very much got hooked in both series.
