Exactly what I was thinking! I love OatPop and Pree is awesome, but Bo cries like every 3 seconds or is being a playboy and Pent is a ruiner and ship wrecker who not only contributed to PreeBo falling apart but is now going to assist in the downfall of OatPop, he's evil. Why does Oat feel the need to assert that he's not gay? Um yeah, you are at least bisexual, NOT STRAIGHT. Straight men don't fall in love and get sexually aroused by other men. What homophobic nonsense! So right off the bat I'm ticked off. This whole "I'm straight but I'm in love with a man" bullshit REALLY pisses me off and is highly offensive. What a disappointment and not even 3 minutes in. I'm HOPING that Oat is simply in denial and this whole "I'm straight" BS is just part of the narrative and that he eventually admits his sexuality. Don't get me wrong, I like SingtoKrist and I also like OffGun. Off is a lot like Krist, not comfortable in gay roles. They just aren't my favorite when compared to, for example, TayNew - EarthNew - PerthSaint - Mean & Anyone :P And yes I feel like the pressure to play a specific role makes some actors fear type-casting, especially if they aren't as comfortable as others.
The first comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek but yes I would like to see bi, lesbian, gay, ect actors play those roles from time to time. They don't have to play EVERY role or even the majority since us gays aren't the majority in the first place lol. Its rare that a BL character admits they are full-on gay... however that has been changing recently. In Love By Chance, Pete admits he's gay and I'm sure there are other examples but I've already typed WAY too much lmao!

Maybe it would be easier if they got gay actors to play gay roles. lol no but seriously sounds like both sides went to far and Ohm was being sensible. Also people need to stop demanding SingtoKrist. Krist doesn't like playing gay roles AND IT SHOWS! He's awkward and does better as a straight guy. Singto and Ohm are both FAR more open-minded and have better chemistry.
OMG Ohm looks great! I'm so happy to see him again!!! Singto's character is adorable as usual and had me gushing from the cuteness! I think this show so far is pretty cute if a little sad. The first episode got me intrigued so I'm looking forward to the next episode! :D

HAHA! I know exactly what you mean! I only got into BL in the past few years but its become a passion! Thankfully the girlfriend of the "straight" male lead in BL is usually not a pleasant person so I too also long for them to be put aside haha! I did feel bad for the girlfriend in What the Duck... even though I couldn't stand her character in Together With Me! lol! But yes I too some times feel like an evilish BL fan haha!
