That's because they take the subs from the legal sites, in this case, Viki. Since Viki hasn't released the subs, these sites won't have the subs either.

Article Conquering My PTW: By Watching Them All
Thanks for sharing! For the past, idk 7? years, my PTW has always hovered around 200+. I did the math, and it would take me at least 5 years to complete everything there, not including upcoming dramas.. Next year I'm aiming to clear all the recent ones first before watching the older ones. Usually when I review my PTW, when there's a show I'm no longer interested in, I'll move it to Not Interested instead - just because I have too many shows on-hold
