I really cant understand why the writers are really butchering FiZeke like this! Its seriously pissing me off. Its almost making me wish they didnt even do a s3 for them. I would have just settled for a special episode of just them being insanely inlove and having some flirtatious/hot moments cause idk what this mess was today. I did like the acting between the two when we learned the reason for why zeke was so adamant about not discussing kevin but for fifth to now have this knowledge and go behind zeke’s back and completely disregard his promise to him about not speaking to kevin anymore is so damn absurd! Not to mention Fifth cant lie to save his life and really that only adds more salt to the wound of his betrayal so much worse. As for the pda, fizeke have never been shy about being touchy in public before so idk wth writers have made fifth become so insecure about being intimate in public. Its disappointing because as fans this is what we were hoping to get more of since they were so open and intimate with each other all last season. Now its seems like they are to skittish to even share a passionate kiss.
And dont even get me started on Lorraine and Iris! Iris completely disregards her at every turn and there hasnt been any character growth between them at all. And speaking of lack of character growth, it was completely immature of jason to use joel’s pic to talk to oliver. And the fact that joel now knows and is willing to play this ridiculous game in hopes of oliver getting turned off by him and falling in the arms of jason is absolutely ridiculous.

As always, you express my exact thoughts so perfectly regarding FiZeke!! I am honestly extremely disappointed with the direction Fifth’s character is taking being that it is completely not something he would do. Fifth loves Zeke and is extremely protective and territorial when it comes to him; there is absolutely no way Fifth would continuously lie to Zeke about his whereabouts and who he was with. Not to mention, Fifth never would have lied abouy Fifth and Zeke’s relationship. Yes, I can understand not admitting it to that extent to Kevin being that Fifth knew Kevin betrayed Zeke’s trust in starting rumors about him in the past, but Fifth would have made it very clear that he and zeke are very good friends and he cares about him enough to never let someone hurt him again and he also would have told zeke about what kevin’s motives are about trying to reconcile with him.
Regarding what you addressed about the three Fs! I feel like all of the progress they made with their relationship in s2 has completed been obliterated by these extremely immature nothings of poor writing. We aren’t seeing them display the characteristics that they set in place in last season and its so disheartening because both actors have the capability to ascend FiZeke’s relationship to a stronger level than what it was but its almost like their ship is plateauing. I just hope all the ridiculousness with the toilet flirting is over and we can get back to the sensual flirting and the opem communications they had last season.
