He may be a victim at the beginning but once he knew the truth he is not at all. Lovesickness, selfishness and taking his father route are what making his life much miserable. As I said he chose to live this life.

At this point, I don't want him to get reunited with his real family or take the company. He needs to crush them…
I don't think this will be a good route for yoo wol. think about what he went through in his childhood (lived in an orphanage and with an abusive stepfather) and what he is feeling right now ("everyone i love leaves me") so crushing his family will basically end the meaning of his life(nothing left to make him want to stay alive) if we considered that ji min will start hating him for that and that he finished his revenge . (that what i think will happen if the story took your route)
