The grandfather owns the building not them, and he gave the power of attorney to his mistress. So when he was unconscious she effectively becomes the owner that's why she was able to kick them out, and she blocked all the company credit cards. That's why they had no option but to leave.

That's a good theory looking at the trailer, we can see hyenwoo and teaho get caught kissing on the rooftop and she appears to go to him when he gets injured at the hospital. Now have to wait 9 days for more answers.
