Yea, they're definitely not Taiwanese actors. I can tell because I'm Taiwanese. I don't know if you would want to call it an accent, but the pronounciation between China and Taiwan are different. Chinese Mandarin tends to be more flat line or monotonal while Taiwanese Mandarin tends to be more lyrical or melodious. Also, the words used in China vs Taiwan are different too. And just to clarify, it should be noted that the word "Chinese" used to describe the language is used interchangebly with the word "Mandarin" because when people ask you if you speak Chinese, what they really are asking is if you speak Mandarin (Chinese) as that is the "common tongue" compared to the other Chinese dialects (variations of the Chinese language) that is being spoken. It's somewhat hard to grasp this concept in Western languages as the origins of the current English language roots it's influences from different established languages including itself instead of it being the origin of everyone else. You could say that English is the current common tongue of the Western side assuming everyone has to learn it in school, but... to say that English is learn not just on the Western side, but also on the Eastern side so... One might ask when the Americans will start require the learning of Chinese in their schools? Globally though... English would probably be considered the current "universal language", but... that's assuming the Americans and British people are able to... "procure" everything in the entire world and record it into English translation... I mean seeing as how are still in the information age, more specifically the digital age, whoever can gain all the information in the world the fastest and make it accessible and searchable for the masses would be the winner... Oh wait... I suppose that already exists... it's called Wikipedia... XD
