I think JinGoo is doing it out of his feeling of gratitude to make the chairwoman happy. it's JiSeok that I don't understand because he geniunely liked/likes her which is appalling cause she might be the worst kdrama character I ever saw at the very top with the friend from "Marry my husband".

Se Young sucks, SUCKS and JiSeok must be colorblind if he is still attracted to this red flag!! Eun Chong's grandfather keeps acting suspicious and popping out everywhere, is it that easy to come and go as you please??

Give Yoo Yeonseok his acting award! My biggest question after this episode is why the real Paik Saeon was in a foster house to begin with before the grandfather "kills" him? Did they leave him there to live with the other children? Because otherwise how was he there long enough to kill these 4 children?

This is the second daily drama I watch but it's very interesting to me and I look forward to each episode. Questions are answered, Eun Chong's dad is unfortunately dead. Poor kid is so unfortunate. I look forward to see how the chairwoman will grieve for her daughter and how she will look for the grandson, hoping she keeps it a secret from Se Young and her snake like mother.

No Se Young can't act nice to save her life, both Jin Goo and JiSeok can see her bullshit and trashy personality yet for some reason they both stayed. Jin Goo has witnessed how she mistreats Goo Hana.

It's finally starting to feel like a regular drama which I'm more used to! The tension and chemistry between Hwang Jin Goo and Goo Hana is so fun to witness! I hope we get more scenes like these between these two. I don't understand how Se Young managed to pull him and JiSeok to her with that trashy personality. The preview looks promising with Goo Hana not letting Se Young push her around anymore. I look forward to that. if the grandfather meets the chairwoman in that hideous beard and she doesn't recognize him, I'll lose it.

Ji Seok left Korea to the US right when Hana took him in and YuJin came back WITH Eun Chong to look for her mother. there has been no proof of them being in the same country for him to be his father.

Eun Chong is so adorable, I want to protect him. I want to know why Yu Jin's father won't tell his wife the truth? Leaving her with false hope seems cruel, he could let her in on what he knows and asks secrecy of her while they investigate. They should both be involved in it. If he's worried about her well being, why encourage Ji Seok's revenge plan?
Another question I have, where is Eun Chong's dad? what happened to him?

yes, the only reason why Se Young and her mom tied themselves to Jin Goo is because they realized he has the chairwoman's favor and is a rising star in the company. Associating with him is better than antagonizing him but I can't find a reason for HIM to stick around, especially that he's seen how trashy her personality is with other people.

Hassan is not Yu Jin's father! Richard Han, the investor in Hyunsung group is Yu Jin's father fake name and Ji Seok has a father-son relationship with him. we saw Hassan and his wife in a previous episode when they were with Jin Goo at the restaurant and when Hana delivered halal lunch boxes to them!

After episode 17, some things don't make sense. when Jin Goo saw Hana's license, the name didn't ring a bell and that was fine because names aren't that special but Hana saw his pictures as a child, how can she not remember him at all or have any kind of memory when he gifted her his bracelet which she kept and cherished? When will they realize that they go far back in the past? Hwang Jin Goo is a good man which begs the question of why he is with Se Young? Is it out of ambition? He doesn't seem the greedy type though, their relationship doesn't make much sense to me either.

That's true, we'll have to wait and see.

Duna being actually dead is unfortunate but I wonder where are her adoptive parents? why did Hana raise Eun Chong instead of them? was she meeting Se Young's mom and she orchestrated her accident then? the house Duna described before her death matches her mother's house. did the chairwoman's DNA match with Eun Chong's? Things are getting interesting but if revenge is in the plan, what will Hana do?

wow, that was a great answer! I was having that same question because I watch "Iron family" and "Cinderella Game" and they were my first time seeing sets look like that even though they are not bad per say, just different to what I'm used to.

Although the length of the episodes makes it a challenge to watch the drama, I find it very interesting and I look forward to see if things will change for slaves. After 3 episodes, I am curious about the two men who look alike and what is the reason behind it. they have different fathers, they cannot be twins.
