I believe something happened to the killer in world A in that car accident, she maybe aware of who is the real killer of the dad and covered it up which is still sucks but she didnt end up covering the other killings like in world B as something changed with the killer

His cross over to the other world didnt really bring good to world B, as it led to the FL meeting the father, and hence the killer meeting him and killing him in the end, kinda sad I must say !

two killers did the same crime, but I believe in world A something happened to the killer as the killings stopped, it was only done in world B and the bodies thrown in world A

So far I still think he is not the killer, it seems like the people around him just frame him cause he is a psychopath and has no feelings ( both the journalist and that so called friend did him bad), from the past seems like he did kill that man but in defense of the girl but dont think the rest of the killings done by him.. even his father why would he even commit suicide?
