I started watching and liked the first episode, but very uncomfortable with the 12 year age gap between the leads.…
actually the age gap is only noticeable because you know their actual age , but if watched it without putting that in mind it wont be a problem cause if someone watched it without knowing their age im sure it would be very different and they are doing a good job.
So back to episode 1 the first scene where the lead dives into the water and find what supposed to be his body i tgink that would be related to the current grim reaper within him since he wants to find out the truth about his death given he wants to be a detective for a while. Same goes to detective han he is digging a 20 year old case which i think related to his past and him forgetting it, and forgetting about her.
As for episode 2 i believe it involves the female lead and why she can see the shadow of death
It might be all messy for now but i can understand that given there will be different stories ofbthe characters background.
A bit confusing and that is understandable with only 2 episodes so far. But I believe from the 2nd episode it…
so do you think the first scene in episode 2 the car accident one were the wife didnt want her husband to die and that grim reaper probably loved her or so got into his body? thats why the mother said kang soo hyuk should have died .. i think it makes sense this way her being born and all, and maybe the father was then punished for doing so? who knows
plus i think something happened to the lead actor when he was small, given that he didnt remember her or reply to her messages
so 3 people died because of that soldier? i suppose the third person would be related to the cop han? thats why the three of them share dreams .. that would be cool !!
My favorite thing would be the history of their country its very interesting as well as the old buildings or castles probably that they have the architecture of it is very nice, i would love to go there and see it in person ????
well the ending was really good but as i expected that it will be an open ending for the cult, i wish the father found out everything and felt remorse i would have loved it making him being tortured from guilt for what he did to his daughter but i guess being left alone with no one to believe him might be just the same, and for the grandmother to find out the truth about gong rather than praising the men who killed him.
the boys ending and sang mi's was great.
as for apostle kang God how i wished she listened to that record where baek was talking about her daughter and how he killed her and all, she should have been locked up in a mental hospital.
the scene in episode 14 where sang mi is saying the prayer or this ritual thingy was the saddest of all, where her mom and dong cheol are watching her being forced to perform in front of these people in things she doesnt believe in, broke my heart.
I hope the journalist will stay alive and next week episodes will be satisfying in a way to the characters, i still think the ending will be open given that someone will do the same thing somewhere else, but i dont care as long as our main characters get justice and live well ...
I; for one, have never seen the movie that this was a "knock off" from. I might have to watch it, but…
yup i got all the points you mentioned and maybe this is why i saw this as the most selfish act from the mother, cause in the process she ended up ruining her daughters life, how would she live now that she ended up killing her own parents even if they were traitors she is just a child /: but a really good movie nonetheless
Im still waiting to see more warm side of hjw. She need to stop seeing patient as just case and actually care…
I know that people keep seeing it as she is not caring but i think she actually cares and alot thinking of ways to save the patient she may refer to them as cases but it might be as a self defense, nonetheless i think that kwak's way of speaking to her is disrespectful giving that they are not alone and infront of the dr that fired her for something she didnt do
