Just watched it.
Feeling a little dazzled... ^^ This was good. There's a lot of beautiful scenes, the colors and background are really pretty, simple and nice.
It's an emotional movie.
Ok, so that was weird. But not such a 'bad weird' kind.
I didn't know it was a musical until the movie started. It was unsettling since the movie actually started with a weird singing, a bit abrupt I'd say...
Then, there's a lot fighting. I don't know why I don't regret watching it, it has some hidden charm.
I have mixed feelings about this movie. I don't regret watching it, it was a cute romance ^^
Kris is surprisingly good. His acting isn't still worth an award but it is amazing considering it's his first movie ever. His co-actress is really cute and charming too.
The one who annoyed me was the director-actress Xu Jinglei, who plays the grandma when she was young. Her acting was lame... I don't know if it's because she has to act in English or whatever, but I didn't like it. The problem is that her love story with the doctor (who's pretty good) is important so, it's sad...
Seems that "love" story could be stronger than in usual police dramas. I don't know the manga but this…
I've seen episode 5, there's no real relationship but you will see what happened. But mostly it's the teaser for ep 6 that made me think that way. It's just my feeling about it
Seems that "love" story could be stronger than in usual police dramas. I don't know the manga but this could make Ikuo waver, as Danno said, and had drams and all to the story.
That last ep sub weren't correctly timed so I could enjoy the show, that's a pity. I know the subber is alone and doing a great work so I can't complain but... >.<
Does anybody know how many eps it has? I read somewhere it's supposed to be 16, but it's not from the trustworthy…
A J-drama hardly goes above 11 episodes (well the only ones who go over are the taiga dramas and they last something like 50 eps) so I don't think your source was truthworthy.
i dropped this drama after 2 eps because i find Tamura annoying
That's the strangest reason for leaving a show I ever heard. This drama is not a comedy where that policewoman could try and seduce Hibino's father annoying the audience (as if Hibino would actually care). That character will get 5 min screen time in the whole drama if she's lucky.
Love the drama, but why oh why do Japanese dramas need to put light and color filters according to the genre ? The images are so dark even in sunny daylight scenes. I can understand they wanna differentiate their happy youth time with sunny light from their revenge present days, but it's getting depressing...
I don't get why people don't feel the chemistry between In Ha and Dal Po... >.< They have amazing chemistry and understanding of each other, they're a dreamlike couple!
Maybe it's because drama fans are used to unbalanced relationships, where one of the main character spends its time bothering the other, with a lot of misunderstandings, where the leads get together in the end - like "happy ever after" ending - as if nothing could happen to them now they're together ; where there's a lot of sexual tension, which are mostly mere fantasies.
I'm telling this but I enjoy those dramas even if some infuriate me, yet it feels so good to watch something like Pinocchio. The love story doesn't always give me butterflies but it's so cute, real, touching, dramatically strong. The story is interesting and draws our attention on a real matter : media power and media manipulation.
And anytime something in the drama annoys me, the next ep it's changing, evolving into something worthwhile, saving me from the frustration.
Love this show but seriously, why aren't the police looking for the cause of the fire and the reporters have to…
The police are searching but maybe not through CCTV. They said the results would come out after one week. Also, the police is not like the ones we see on TV, for further investigation the families of the victims and a prosecutor have to ask for it.
the dad in this drama is literally the incarnate of satan
I can't get to understand why Soo Ryeon still seeks her father's attention...
In both families (Go and Baek families) the parents are the one that makes their children, their family and themselves unhappy. If the mother in-law of the CEO wasn't middling in her daughter buissness since the beginning she wouldn't have been so depressed and unhappy. The Baek father and grandmother are so mean, selfish and close-minded, they don't even get that they're the source of their own misery.
Cha Ki Young has like the worst legal defence ever. And yeah, when given the chance, speak of your emotions instead…
Ahhh! That was so annoying! She could have told them she got fire because of Tae Yon and that he bought her flat and threw her out and she could shared her feelings too!
But that drama keep making his characters make endless mistakes that no one would have done... The only good point is that it portrays an awful side of Korea.
