Both are adapted from webtoons. ML in Vigilante doesn’t have powers but he’s maintaining a secret identity. I’m not entirely sure why but they just feel similar—maybe it’s the violent fight scenes.
FL has a special ability in both series that has a big influence on the plot. There are mystery elements in both series and ML and FL live next door to each other. ML kind of pushes FL away at the beginning of the series.

Both end up falling in love with FL, who is different from everyone else (in MMIC FL is basically cursed in love because of her past life; in DAYS FL has terminal cancer). And in both series ML disappears for a while but returns as a human.
