this kid i was talking about
1.he didn't stand up for himself
2.he didn't report the bully
3.he didn't get help from anybody
4.he goes to the bully by himself even when bully forget about the kid
5.i had power to stop the bully for good but he fought me instead
if this points it isn't mean word ASKING FOR IT I don't know what does

and "no one asks for it " that's debatable no one its strong word
some kid i don't know what happened in their life but they used to be Submissive they were several occasion i tried to defend them but they fought me instead for being nosy so i stopped

you didn't answer first one (being realistic or not) anyway in your logic (bullies = psycho ) i never saw one or i was lucky (i don't know) if this kind of stuff exist in this level, parents or authorities need to help this kids asap because in this kind of pressure they may never going to recover at least mentally

so you say they beat s**t out of the kids middle of night in school uniform its realistic ?
how do you say no one ? i saw plenty of time kids go and be friendly with them for "unknown" reason then this bully guys first hit them gently to saw their reaction if they smile in return this cycle of hitting continues and become harder but nowhere near hitting to kill or permeant injuries
did you experience this kind of stuff personally ? (i am not trying to be smart a*s or something just Curious) if you don't feel comfortable don't answer

I never understand bully's concept in us and Korean dramas
when I see them I am like " wtf dude chill they are bullies not idiot gangster or psychopath "
if this bullying way in that country is true they need to rethink about education system if its not then why showing this stupid s**t
in my classroom every body was friend and respect each other and there were some bullies but they harassed some people that wanted to be harassed (you know ! they asking for it !)
i respected them and they respected me and if they harass me for some reason I fought back if i was confident in winning if not I reported every last one of them and make it more dramatic
conclusion : they over exaggerate bullies ! why ?

open ending is another name of bad ending that director didn't want to show people (if it was happy why didn't show in first place)
when i got open ending i assume worst case scenario
