Is it possible the killer is DDH secretary? Killer suspect usually someone close to the victim. This drama is sure interesting, making the viewers become detective trying to deduce who is the killer. There's many potential suspects and each one (except for the creepy disguises stalker) has a motive.
The actress who play Nam Soon try to act cute & naive like DBS, but somehow end up look like juvenile & childish sometimes. To the point a bit cringey at times. RSO did deserve to die, he should be alive to face the consequences of his terrible deeds. The fact that he died by killing himself show the police fail to get justice for his victims because he didn't get a proper punishment. The fact that he died by suicide means he died on his own term, not others. So it's not a total win for Nam Soon gang.
I think the drama production choose the wrong actor to play as the villain. Not because BWS a terrible actor, but because he was so charismatic as a villain that viewers opinion about him split in half. Some viewers think he deserved its when he died because he's a terrible person for killi g and drug dealing, but some viewers become color blind to his action and bad deeds that they want him to have redemption and get together with Nam Soon.
Strong Woman Do Bong Soon is one of my all-time favorites. That's why I was kind of hesitant to watch Strong Girl…
The difference between SWDBS & Nam Soon villain is that in SWDBS, the villain is shown to be evil, no sad back story so viewers can hate him as the villain, even the interaction between DBS & the villain is hostile. For Nam Soon, the writer decided to give the villain a sad back story, but ended up not given any opportunity for redemption which kind of messy.
Also, just my personal opinion, the villain actually outshine the male lead. Probably that why some (or many) viewers become colorblind to the red flag shown by the villain.
It's quite depressing to watch the victims and their family fall apart while the perpetrator just got a slap in their wrist for the crime they committed. The worst part is when the perpetrator doesn't feel remorse and had the gal to blame the victim when they were arrested.
Is it possible that the missing family who's identities the Kang's brother currently used is dead, possibly murdered by the step dad? Everytime they talk about what happen 15 years ago, they always show the lake scene.
I'm happy it's a HE, but slightly disappointed with the execution of the final episode. I feel the final episode a bit messy and kind of rushed. But overall, it's one of the best drama this year.
