Ever since cx returned from china she never released any physical album or have had any concerts while other artists in the same company had multiple albums released . So everyone is happy finally CX got to release physical album. As for the lead role, one thing we have to understand CX is taking everything slowly because of her past experiences. Let me tell you one example, I would not name the actress , she used to do support role and then she got cast as fl. That drama didn't do well and now she has not filmed for months. So it is very important to choose script and role carefully. Cdl also took lot of support role to the point where antis were mocking her but see her now she is shinning in her dramas and no one dared to say she got resources because of connections. So let's have patience and trust cx decision for now. I think she is waiting for her dramas to be released and receive positive feedbacks before taking any fl role.

Yeah it better for us not to believe any rumour as of now until and unless she is on set or is officially announced. Saw deng wei and gjm followed each other on weibo so most probably he is in talks for this drama . I don't think gjm will cast CX opposite him.
Blame the show producer and writer not the actors if you feel wrong . Do you think they have any says in the games they are participating ? CX has a dog ,2 cats and 2 lizards as her pet. Her fans have seen her interaction with animals throughout her career. Just a day ago she was playing with a dog on her set. The fact that cx antis on Chinese social media who are quick to jump on her hate train said nothing about this tells me everything I need to know. No one raised a single issue about this on c side .
