Wow, I failed to watch ashes of love because I don't connect with superficial powers but am a fan of yangzi. I truly appreciate good work and the production team of TLB deserves the credit whether actors, directors, script writers and the manhua itself. I read the manhua but the drama intrigued me more. I really appreciate there efforts. After go go squid, TLB is my second favorite Chinese drama. The rest are good too just this is my vote priority.

As a international fun, don't know much of Chinese culture but just want to ask is it because changga's mother was empress that they bury her in such huge place like a house or its there norm.

Ep 1 caju ball was the first hook for me. Never had I scene such a game, don't know if it's too ancient but I just loved it. First time to be interested in the art of war. Sun said "array of echelon" intresting. I posed to understand what he meant. Looking at the array. Found my self Googling and reading art of war book by tzu. Surely learnt alot.

Ok, I wish this series was on neflex. There story and visuals, ost are on on point. Only ep 33 is not convincing. That fight of changge in the temple flying like a bird hahaha, the rest are fine.

Am personally fun of the serie, love every character teamed up well. My qn is why second lead more popular in China than the main lead. Is it about there acting in the series or just personal idolisation not connected to the series.
