Haha I've seen those MDL hysterics. I probably misunderstood you as specifically asking who cares about the KP situation and no one really does in this comment section. Atleast i haven't seen any. To answer yoir question, maybe its the culture i grew up in or maybe its just how i perceive things. In my culture even cousins are brought up together as a whole sibling unit from the time we are tiny. So there's a very very rare chance anyone would develop romantic feelings you know. Soulmates? Sure. But not romantically. I'm not saying it could never happen but personally i can never see myself falling for someone who I've been with since i was let's say 1 and until today.

No one cares obviously. If its legal i dont have any problem with it. That being said people can still feel uncomfortable you know. Like i said, someone you've never know and could have a connection with, can easily become partners. But for me its a little uncomfortable to think about situations where people grow up together and develop these feelings. But to each their own

I still gave that a pass cause their parents married a little ahead of when the show aired (it was implied) so they still didn't grow up together. I was referring to Close to you (another HiStory). The parents marry each other when the boys are like 10 and 15 so they grow up as brothers
You all have to remember that not only was Porche's mom adopted, him amd Kinn were also raised separately. They grew up as strangers not cousins. So i really see no problem.
For instance, that one show of a popular franchise where they grew up as literal brothers (not even cousins) but ended up together
