I think the theory that Sanya's heart was donated to Prakan is starting to make a lot of sense. There were so many hints dropped in this episode. Plus I was rewatching the trailer and Sanya legit says something along the lines of "I'm glad my heart is with you". That clears up everything

I'm almost certain that the funeral is for natee's dad cause he was there with keeta.

Maybe prakan does not die. Or maybe it's those plots with a coma patient and soul thingy...lol
