I actually felt sad for Kan,when he started shedding tears. He looked emotionally exhausted & Wasan hugging & comforting him took a toll on him to the point where he was crying,cos he couldn’t take it anymore. As he said,whatever reason Wasan had for living together,he doesn’t care & is rather grateful that he is there with him.
Kan really loves Wasan,despite his suspicions of how Wasan suddenly gave him an answer, he chose to overlook it cos he didn’t want to lose him.

Also Boss admitted to killing 2 patients,so who killed Wasan’s mother and the lesbian couple(the older one,where Kan’s pen was found)?
Also,what Boss did wasn’t euthanasia nor did he ask for consent from the patients. As Kan said,he rather used a cruel method which made the patients die in agony.
