And by grand prince they mean Lee Seol's father? (who was apparently crown prince in the past but deposed due to something that happened we don't know already?)

Yup the beggining with Yul x Mu Deok was unnecessary for me, although I enjoyed the part with the crown prince, hope they won't ruin his character in the future episodes :/ And with luck maybe even love triangle will be unique? And we will see something that hasn't been there yet in kdramas. Love triangle is common topic in kdramas but for now I'm really surprised with the plot etc. soooo maybe even this theme will be surprising as well ;)
