Love in the Air, is still my favourite ForthPeat show.. This is okay.. Yesterday hurt my soul because why Kelvin, why.. haha

Forth absolutely makes this show.. His character would be so much fun to play!

Watch it if you like the actors and their chemistry..
If it's for the plot, ep 2,4,7,10 is where the main info is at..

It's the fact Solar clearly has brain damage that could worsen or be permanent if left untreated and Pob just simply isn't telling anyone.. and it's not just memory loss, it's reverting back to being a child. I'm not a fan of Jee... Sodcheun will be a funny character and of course, I like Perth.. PerthSanta are not acting poorly, it has nothing to do with them, they are great... It's the writing.. I haven't watched the second episode yet but I haven't decided to drop it either.. It might be something where I watch an episode in 2-3 parts rather than a whole episode at once..

S1 was very intense. Boston-Top-Nick-Mew-Ray-Sand... just a messy loop..

Ray kissed Sand, Mew. Boe.
Mew kissed, Ray, Top, Boe
Top kissed Boston, Boe, Mew.
Boston kissed Top-Nick-Atom-Gap-Boe
Boe kisses Sand-Top-Boston-Ray.

Khaotung really brought Rays emotions to life. The drinking, loneliness, heartbreak, jealously, betrayal.. Sand did heartbreak really well.. Boston had black flag perfectly. Nick nailed self abandonment as much as he nailed Boston haha. Atom brought another layer of mess for Boston.. Everyone was plotting, backstabbing, hiding true intentions..

S2 is very straightforward. The play is too dominant. Pete, Timmy, Boston are not utilised to create significant drama. They are just there.

They have been very emotionally intelligent throughout this series.. Both Qin and Duang have shown communication skills, trust, boundaries... Duang and Jamie's argument also showed high level of maturity.. So I really hope there is no cheesy "all is forgiven" nonsense.. It wouldn't fit.. There could be a conversation, Qin can understand why they behaved the way they did, he can see their humanness and flaws.. and he could have a better relationship with them, but a limited one because safety, love, affection was never there and it can't be created to that extent now..

If you have only watched the first 2 episodes, i suggest giving it another chance... but if you've gotten to 5+ then it's just not for you.. At the start I thought Duang was doing too much and didn't value himself, but as I kept watching I realised I was projecting, and now Duang is my favourite character ever written and I have been watching BL since 2019.

I have only watched ep 1 so please no spoilers, but does it get better??
I'm a Perth fan since Love By Chance.. I don't want to not watch it, but it looks awful..

I chose between RomeRay, but I guess Raffy is the Ray of S2 and Rome is Sand.

You haven't had my experiences, but you have had your own trauma to process and recover from.. The fact that you can even imagine someone like Duang might exist in real life, even if it's a 0.1% chance, that mean's there is still hope, and with hope, our heart remains open. That's very important imo.. If we close our hearts completely it means those who hurt us, won. TeeTee has done such a good jub though that I'm prepared to die alone if this isn't the company I would get to have.

I laughed at "even made Boston become boring".. You are right.. When I knew he was in it my anxiety went through the roof.. what nonsense was he going to bring... Looks like not much.. Although Rome is my favourite so when they hit each other I was like EXCUUUUUUSE YOU!! but then he vanished. Even when they did the radio interview, you think if Rome was there and all he does is sound, that Boston would be there too. or else neither be there.

1. Rome... Little less on the innocent side, more on the deserves better.
2. Tua.
3. Raffy.. He's chasing after Jack because Jack is like his mom & Raffy just wants to be loved.
4. Dean
5. Jack - I have like 7+ reasons why, that would involve a rant. but lets not burn his soul lets just keep our distance.

If I didn't like Aou as much as I do, I'd wait till it was over and skim through it. It definitely isn't as good as S1 but it's far better than other series. I have not read the novel. I doubt this would happen but if Arnold drops out and the leads have to be Dean and Raffy then it would really get interesting, how will they act together, they would have to kiss. But, Arnold will probably stay to have Tua jealous or whatever.. I don't know if I want JackRaffy to happen. On one hand, I would like to see Dean lose it, but on the other, Rome deserves so much better so I hope it doesn't happen.

This was a very emotionally difficult episode for me to watch. I did feel empathy for Duang when both Jamie and Qin scolded him, even though I understand why.. As for Qin's childhood, it reminds me of my own. Especially never receiving hugs. I am 7 years no contact with my entire family, including extended family, although I have reconnected with my bio-dad ... The reason I love this show so much is because I related to Qin, while always loving the way Duang does... I don't see how anyone could improve on the Duang character, and I wonder if I'll ever find a Duang in the wild..

Even if the script is horrific, I am tempted to give it 10/10 , to ensure they remain a main couple.. The fandom has waited far to long.. and we are still waiting!!

This and Only Friends on the same day. We are spoilt.
