Ok, does it have normal sub anywhere at all? Because it's really giving me a headache trying to watch with the current horrible ones, don't want to ruin the drama.
I wish we had more of these fun ML's, they're so much better than those cold boring ones. And when these guys do get serious it leaves a much stronger impact.
For me, I love anti-heroes because no one is just white or gray in reality, thus it makes their character more realistic and that much better & engaging if it's well written and portrayed
Oooo I watched this one as a kid on TV - it was dubbed and lately have been looking for this one and other novelas from my younger days to re-watch 'em but can't seem to find them anywhere with eng sub :(
Would be kinda interesting to see it's Korean re-make, thou nothing can compare to Gabriella, she's iconic with these roles
Of these I've seen only DYLB and didn't particularly like it's plot/characters, but I do like slow burn dramas. I'd say the reason I keep re-watching them is 'cuz that slow burn is just that good - you can enjoy the OTP slowly coming together with all the nuanced changes in their relationship.
i dislikes this drama and i love zheng shuang, so it's not always like you said. and i'm one of the people finding…
Of course it's not like everyone dislikes it just for the scandal, but it was sad to see how many suddenly popped up trashing the drama due to the scandal and not the drama itself. Eh, at least this one had already aired, but for the ones that haven't...they have it the hardest now with replacing the actress and so forth
This movie was so beautiful, definitely a must watch. And to think it's based on real life, sometimes there are happy endings ^^ The actors really should've won those awards, they certainly deserve them.
I was so shocked when I found out about it! I am so so happy they filmed it here >/////
What's this? A fellow countryman? :D Čau!!! Bieži negadās satikt kādu savējo kam arī patīk āzijas seriāli ^^ Un tu arī esi The Untamed fans? Nudien savējie :D
This was short & to the point for those who are new - good article. I'm a fan of Novoland, wish that I could get my hands on the novels as well, oh well, at least we have the dramas.
Looks interesting. Especially since it only has 24 episodes, which is rare for Chinese dramas. Seems enough for…
Actually, for these youth & rom-com dramas 24 is the usual number for eps. It's the palace/politics historical's and wuxia/xianxia who tend to be 40-50-60 eps long.
Ok, since Tencent could somehow give us The Untamed despite the censorship just with looks & glances alone AND Youku pretty much said censorship?what censorship? lip reading is the real deal! with Word of Honor - I sincerely hope IQiyi will deliver with this one as well!!! Needless to say, I love the novel and bilibili did fantastic job with the donghua and it's super amazing, so my hopes for this live action are...well...pretty high XD Hope they get everything ok - screenwriting, directing, cast, post-production, music etc. TGCF is one of my absolute fav novels and since now I know they can pull off those beloved BL novel's despite censorship...hype is real ;D I just hope they'll keep to the plot & characters as much as possible.
Gong jun and Zhang Zhe han so we can kind of continue from WOH, like another dimension and reincarnation to be…
Gong Jun could definitely pull off Hua Cheng, but ZZH for Xie Lian...umm...not in my eyes. I don't want actors cast together for different roles just because they worked as a pair in previous drama; if the new roles suit, sure, but if not...I'd rather the casting people not be influenced by netizens. In my eyes LuHan would be the perfect Xie Lian - has those heavenly looks, can pull off goofiness as well as heartbreak and there will be lots of that tragedy. Eh, whatever, I just hope whomever they cast can pull it off and the screenwriting gives them everything as close to novel as possible. I wonder when they will announce casting results...
