Wonderfully written, it’s a beautiful drama. It’s a 9.5 from me, would have gotten 10 if the chemistry between the leads was a bit better. Don’t miss the drama though- it’s a must watch :)
When I first started watching this show I hated the fake looking action scenes, but all of a sudden I was in love with it. I love Baron Chen in this. He is literally on fire and flirts with you on screen. My ovaries exploded because of the chemistry between the leads; you definitely need to watch this show!
Jesus Christ. I finished it and the last episode made me cry so hard I was gasping for air the entire time. If only Bidam had trusted her </3 I didn't even like his character half the time because I couldn't figure out if he was good or evil, but I think he's just too insecure and easily swayed by others unfortunately. His death scene was so sad. The ending was so incredibly sad as well. In the end she just wanted to live as a woman and not a ruler. Oh my heart! I need a break from sageuks now, I'm too sad. Haha.
I love this show. The power struggle between Doekman and Mishil is amazing to watch. I'm currently at episode 40 and this show has not yet disappointed me. I'm in love with the political intrigue. I'm always biased against the antagonists in dramas, but I've become quite fond of mishil- I don't LIKE her because she's the villain, but her evilness is actually making the princess stronger. I love that they seem to respect each other even though they are enemies. The only person I HATE is the purple hwarang dude Seok Pum, just seeing his face pisses me off so much. He's not even cleverly evil like Mishil, he's just a thorn in my eye. Ugh I truly dislike that dude.
Oh, I cried when I finished this. This drama is heartbreaking. I loved the friendship between the two male leads. I finished this 20 minutes ago and I'm writing this comment with tears in my eyes still. Doctor's Son <3
Oh my god how I loved this drama. Kang Min Ho is such a precious character. I loved him so much! His reactions are so on point. His character development is superb. I loved that there isn't an obvious second lead so you don't get the usual love triangle. I laughed and cried and laughed so much more. Did I mention how much I love the male lead? I did? Okay, well; I LOVE HIM!! I must warn you though- he's a total ass the first two episodes, but this actor will blow you away. Now I'm off to watch Heartless City because of his acting.
I have no idea why this show isn't labeled as tragedy. I cried so hard when his friend died. I'll be honest and say I loved this show. The villain was superb (villain in mask is still my favorite though!), but Jesus... that ending threw me for a loop. What the hell happened to Ji Sang? I was so confused after spending 30 minutes crying cause he "died". What happened to the infected patients? Did they cure them? So the director's punishment is to live out the rest of his life as human? Ji Sang didn't die in the sun? Someone please give me an extra episode so I can see how all of this happened x.x

The only movie I can think of where Ji Sung has very steamy scenes would be My PS partner. A woman calls him by mistake and they have phone sex and he falls in love with her lol
I finished it and enjoyed it a little more than I thought I would. The only bad thing for me was that the male first lead looked too young for me to really like him as Irie. To top it all off I managed to end up with SLS because Kin is hot!! lol
That hero song killed me with the scenes...ahh my heart! You should watch this drama :)
I finished Healer and like you said-- it was AMAZING! Seriously perfect without your typical angst and kdrama plot. It ended up on my favorites lol :)

Funny you should mention those, I JUST finished watching Mask like yesterday and I am currently watching Healer for the first time. I think we have similar tastes in dramas, haha :)
This was an awesome drama! The only bad thing is that I LOVED the male antagonist lol, what a charismatic character. The male protagonist won me over though, I find him very charming :)
