Watch on YouTube. And for the cut parts take from dramacool and use the subs posted by the fans here. Dramacool doesn't have any cut parts.

It has all the signs. If any drama is to be subbed...it starts almost immediately after release of episodes. In very rare cases do shows get completely subbed late after release. Mostly they are just forgotten about
