A producer is the guy who finds and handles the money for a production. There were 4 producers on LBFAD and if I remember right the drama appeared on iQIYI (the ungrateful backstabber). One of those 4 producers is founder and CEO of iQIYI so he got the biggest share.
This guy you mentioned above is just another from a long string of "big bosses", who wants more. I don't understand why he did that because it makes no sense to congratulate a production which you were a part of, with the male lead in a corner of a photo, half non-existent, risking to drive him away and making him refuse to work with you in the future. Such a stupid move. His action is ridiculous.
As for Didi, he is not a kid anymore. Working in such a big industry makes you grow up very fast. I believe he knows very well the system and the people and one of the things I learned is that he is nobody's fool. Also, there are other "big bosses" prepared to get their shares with future productions so they won't let him fall.
Can you explain the favoritism and fan quarrel ? I haven't seen the photo nor any comments from the fans.

Suz, how is this possible ? It seems to me those people are not his fan team which is always organized and have good manners. Those people seem to be the hysterical mass so how on earth did they get so close to him up to the point of pulling and touching him ? How on earth could the organizers of that show allow for this to happen ? Aren't they risking a law suite ?

I am Eastern European so it might be possible that my preferences in movies, actors and interpretations to differ. Because of that I apologize in advance in case I offend anyone with my opinion. I am not a fan of Asian costume dramas and I can't pretend to know how Chinese Entertainment Industry works. But once I saw (by coincidence) Wang Hedi in LBFAD, a role extremely hard to play from my point of view, with all his expressions and all his mimics playing all the rainbow of feelings and mixed feelings I knew that he must be that rare thing, naturally born with talent.
I watched almost all his work and his entertainment appearances (I enjoy Hello Saturday the most because I think on that show it feels like home to him and he is the most happy there) and I've been waiting for his breakthrough in what I call "serious movie business" with top notch directors, actors, scripts and serious award winnings.
Now Light to the Night is coming and I want to say that I believe he is finally where he is supposed to be. Among the best. I wish him all the best and I hope the Industry and the people from China will appreciate him, his talent and his hard work and will keep their doors open to him for as long as he wishes to be a part of that. He is not only The Moon Supreme. He is so much more than that.
