Currently watching - Finally a chinese drama of older women where the lead actually acts her age. Ive watched a few dramas where the supposedly older women acting like teenagers. I had to drop them just for their characters.
Its so satisfying to see her act against the bullies in her company. And i love how calm she is when talking to them.
Finished. My only criticism is, i wish Shin Min-ah's character had more interaction with the locals of Jeju. Especially since she was a local there when she was younger. But nobody knows her.
Still watching, currently in ep 12. All the storyline were good except one. Which is Han Soo and Eun Hee plotline. I nearly dropped it because of them. Luckily i didnt because i was really interested in Eun Hee and the other characters.
I thought this is a light-hearted drama and to a certain extent, it is. But between episodes 8-9, it becomes quite heavy and stays like that for a couple episodes. Even when the whole team was hating on Tae Yang, the episodes didnt feel so long. But i still watched the full drama and if you can get over those few heavy eps, it gets better. Also another reason you might get annoyed with this drama is Tae Joon's mother. Shes rude, biased and selfish. This is the second drama of hers ive watched and its literally had the same character. And spoiler alert, shes annoying till the end. The few reasons that saved the drama was strong enough for me to finish it. One of them is the different relationships; Father-daughter, Coach-player, Teammates, friends and the most important the adorable couples.
I thought it was overdramatic and simplied the issues of mental health and suicide. The only way to save people…
I can see the point and can see why it wont always help in real life. But im just glad they made a drama about these problems. Even though they seem common, not all dramas talk about them. Problem like what happens to ladies during the war, retired soldiers, or even what idols really go through are to name the few.
After the drama, i looked it up and Korea has the 4th highest suicide rating in the world and 1st in Asia. So even if the solutions may not be of any help, i just hope it make the Korea and the world atleast a little kinder
Every episode made me cry. The problems talked about in this drama is so realistic and relatable. It made me cry for all the ppl that are going through these situation in real life. My heart feels heavy and everytime time i feel like im all out of tears, fresh ones shows up. Both main and supporting/guest actors were so! good. They did justice to the plot and deserve all the compliments in the world. And special thanks to the writer, director and everyone whose behind bringing this to life. If theres any drama that deserves a season (with the same everyone), its this!
He wasnt. If you noticed, he rarely to never looks anyone straight in the eyes. So her booking her for her own death made him look straight at her. Before that we were also looking at her from his POV. Thats why the awkward camera angles before he finally looked.
The ex seems creepy. Why is she keeping showing up in front of Gojin. Im guessing she wants to get back together but her approach is weirding me out for some reason. Also her being nice seems fake for some reason. I dont know why im feeling this way. But that what im getting from her
Currently watching this... in ep 4 now. And i feel really bad for Gojin. He probably deserved it but not when his sick Also does his ex assistants have no life??? They hate him soooo much that their wasting their life away? I lowkey felt bad and lowkey felt annoyed with them.
Do not bring other drama in this forum. You can go back to Cutie Pie if you like that one more. It feels like…
Ok im sorry for triggering /offending you so much. Next time if you ever see me comment in any other drama, please ignore me. Clearly our opinions dont match. This will be the last time i reply to you. Thank you
